Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
Administer anesthesia for a wide variety of surgical procedures, including general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC)
Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized care plans
Monitor patients throughout procedures and adjust anesthetics as needed
Manage post-anesthesia recovery and pain control
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications
Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
Current Ohio State RN license and CRNA certification (NBCRNA)
BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS a plus)
Minimum of 1–2 years of CRNA experience preferred (new grads welcome depending on facility)
Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
