As America’s leading medical group, Envision is striving to provide quality coverage where needed. The Envision Envoy team is looking for Independent Contractor CRNA for a surgical center located in the Florida area!
Highlights:
- 1099 Independent Contractor CRNA position.
- 3 ORs and 1 Treatment Room
- Monday – Friday, five 8-hour shifts (7am-3:30pm) including a 30-minute lunch
- Cases: General, Orthopedic, ENT, Plastics, Ophthalmology, PEDS, Foot & Ankle, Spine, Gastroenterology, Pain Management.
- Care Team Model: 4 CRNAs and 1-2 MDs
- Must be Board Certified and have active Florida license
- Must have BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications
