Highlights:- Location: Northwest Minnesota
- Contract: Locum
- Rate: Industry competitive and negotiable
- Annual Volume: 60 OR cases/week
- Case Mix: General, OB, Spinal and epidural
- Blocks performed: Interscalene, sciatic, adductor, TAP and axillary.
- Coverage:
- Day shift: 7a-3p
- Call Shift: 3p-7a
- EMR System: EPIC
- Certification: NBCRNA
- License: Active Minnesota upon presentation
- Life Certifications: ACLS, PALS, (NRP highly encouraged)
- Must be able to provide procedure logs for 10 epidurals in the last 24 months and 50 patients in the last 12 months
