Minimum Commitment: 6–8 shifts/month

• Certified NBCRNA with minimum 2 years’ CRNA experience, including epidurals – Required

• ACLS & BLS – Required

• Clean background & NPDB self-inquiry report – Preferred for fast-track processing

• Willing to commit 6–8 shifts per month through June 2025

• Must complete required EMR training modules + virtual session prior to start
