The medical center features 16 operating rooms and utilizes Epic EMR system. As a Level 1 Trauma Center, the facility provides comprehensive care for the most critical patients while maintaining specialized services across multiple surgical specialties. **Opportunity: NBCRNA - CRNA** This position offers certified registered nurse anesthetists the opportunity to work in a medical direction model at a Level 1 Trauma Center with a diverse case mix. The role requires flexibility and adaptability to handle various surgical procedures in a growing, dynamic healthcare environment. **Job Details:** * Position available ASAP with ongoing need * Schedule options include 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts (12-hour shifts preferred) * Minimum 4 days per week commitment required * No call responsibility * Medical direction model * Scrubs provided on-site * Epic EMR system * Cases include: Spine, Urology, General, Orthopedics, Robotics, Endoscopy, Plastics, EP lab/Cath lab, Navigational Bronchoscopy, Craniotomies, Simple Vascular * No heart/lung cases, lines, or blocks required * Must be comfortable with adult patients (permanent staff cover pediatric cases) * Should live at least 60 miles outside of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metropolitan area * Requirements: NBCRNA certification, BLS, ACLS, PALS * Minnesota license highly preferred * 3+ years of recent hospital experience required * Full-time availability (30-40 hours weekly) * Credentialing timeframe approximately 4 months * Full travel reimbursement provided (flight, hotel, rental car) **Compensation:** Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice coverage included.
