Join a well-established care team of 5 anesthesiologists and 6 CRNAs at a facility known for its collaborative culture and diverse case mix. This is an excellent opportunity for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist looking for a stable, high-quality practice environment with outstanding compensation and benefits.
Position Highlights:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist looking for a stable, high-quality practice environment with outstanding compensation and benefits.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time, permanent position
- No call responsibilities
- 6 anesthetizing locations
- Annual volume of ~7,000 cases
- Medical supervision model with strong CRNA autonomy
- Case types: General, regional, neuraxial, and acute pain management
- Case mix includes orthopedics, general, vascular, thoracic, urology, ENT, ophthalmology, plastics
- No trauma, cardiac, or OB
Compensation & Benefits:
- $50,000 sign-on bonus (with 2-year commitment)
- Annual retention bonus after 2 years

Requirements:
- Board Certification: NBCRNA
