- $350,000 – 1099
- 7 weeks off - 45 weeks of coverage
- Case mix - General Surgery, Orthopedics, Endo/GI, Urology, ENT (some pediatric), OB/GYN and basic Cardiology
- Approximately 400-500 OB deliveries per year
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Call is 1:6 with light call back
- Malpractice insurance is covered, including tail coverage
- CRNA only practice
- 188-bed facility

- $335,000 - 1099
- 10 weeks off - 42 weeks of coverage
- Case mix - Urology, Orthopedics, GYN, ENT, OB, GI, and General Surgery
- No CV, Vascular, or Neuro cases
- Manageable call - 1:5 rotation - In-house call is not required
- Malpractice insurance is covered, including tail coverage
- 5 CRNAs and 1 MD
- 166-bed facility
