Cases: Trauma L1, Cases: Bread & butter + Ortho, great if they can do OB/ cardiac but not necessary, working with really sick population it's still trauma L1
EMR: EPIC

Can get emergency privileges in 3 weeks
Credentialing: 3-4 weeks for emergency privileges
