158 bed facility in Beaver Dam Wisconsin has an immediate and ongoing need for a Locum CRNA.
-Any state license accepted to present
-Paid Wisconsin license
-Monday through Thursday
-8 or 10 hour shifts
-Weekday call once per week, no weekend call
-Need full time coverage
-Mac, General Anesthesia, Elective cases, intubation, IV placement
