Compensation & Incentives

Base Compensation: $365,000
Relocation Incentive: $50,000

Schedule & Time Off

Schedule: 3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation
Time Off: 13 weeks annually

Clinical & Call Details

Call Structure:
- Blend of first and second call
- First call in-house with post-call day off
- Anesthesia call room onsite
