SMART is actively recruiting for a locum CRNA to provide coverage about an hour west of Fort Wayne, IN. Coverage is needed as soon as credentialed and will be ongoing during permanent recruitment.
Candidate Qualifications
- Active IN license preferred but will consider licensing!
- Case logs needed for epidurals, spinals, and blocks
Position Details:
- Shift times: 7a-3p / Call hours: 7p-7a
- Call Details: Currently no call till August- OB call. 3 weekdays of call per week and every 4th weekend
- Cases: General, Ortho, ENDO, Podiatry- (every other week)
- EMR: EPIC
- SMART covers malpractice insurance, travel and accommodations
Of Note: Temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and active, unrestricted license
