Job Description

*Location: NE NM, 30 miles north of Santa Fe
*Start Date: July 1
*End Date: Ongoing
*Schedule: Full-time / Part-time; must be able to work full weeks, 2-3 consecutive weeks per month. Schedule rotates as follows:
  • WEEK 1: Elective surgeries Mon-Friday with at home call M/W/F/S/S
  • WEEK 2: Elective surgeries Mon-Friday with at home call T/TH; Weekend OFF
  • WEEK 3: Endoscopy Center Mon-Friday, NO CALL, Weekend OFF
  • WEEK 4: OFF, Weekend OFF
  • REPEAT
  • Part time schedule would be just weeks 1 and 2 with the next 2 weeks off
*Shifts: Scheduled hours + Call - Full time hours; must be able to work full week whether full or part time
*Requirements:
  • Active, unrestricted NM License
  • Board Certified
  • Able to work independently, unsupervised
  • 5 years experience
  • Clean background/malpractice
  • Able to perform all anesthesia techniques; regional block competency is a plus
*EMR: MedHost
*Travel & Lodging covered
*Malpractice Insurance covered
*Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted NM License
Board Certified
Able to work independently, unsupervised
5 years experience
Clean background/malpractice
Able to perform all anesthesia techniques; regional block competency is a plus
