*Need: 4 or more CRNAs- Medically Directed, 3-4:1
*Start Date: ASAP (as soon as credentialed)
*End Date: Ongoing (prefer candidates that can commit to 3 months or more, but not essential)
*Schedule/Shifts:M-F, 8 or 10 hour shifts (7a-3:30pm or 7a-5:30p); Please provide your availability as varied schedules will be considered
*Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted PA License
- Board Certified NBCRNA
- Clean Background & Malpractice
- Proficiency in spinal anesthesia & aline insertion would be a plus but not required
- Must provide an up to date CV with response to posting
*EMR: Cerner
*Credentialing Timeframe up to 60+ days
*Travel & Lodging Covered
*Malpractice Insurance Covered
*Rate range: $235-245/hour
