*Schedule: Multiple Day/Night/Swing Shifts in Multiple Facilities
*Shifts: 8/10/12 hr shifts; M-F, F-M, M-Th, 3 or 4 evening swings
*Requirements:
  • Active, unrestricted License (prefer MO, but will allow Compact licensing time or may allow time to get MO license)
  • Providers able to handle multiple types of surgical procedures
  • Clean Background and Malpractice
  • Must include up to date CV with response to this posting

*EMR: Epic
*Credentialing Timeframe: up to 90 days
*Travel & Lodging Covered
*Malpractice Insurance Covered
*Rate: Open: please give me the hourly rate you will consider and I will bid it

Qualifications

*Requirements:
