CRNA - Los Angeles County
*Start Date: As soon as credentialed
*End Date: Ongoing
*Schedule: Full-time locums work; 6 month commit highly preferred; wmay consider 3 month commit
*Shifts Available: 5x8 hr shifts: Monday-Friday, 7a-3p, 9a-5p, and 3p-11p; additional 10 hr shifts available; No Call
*Mainly Care Team Model - Most providers will work their own cases independently, but if provider prefers a mix with more supervision, it can be arranged
*Requirements:
*Types of cases: general surgery, orthopedics, gyn, ENT, urology, ophthalmology, podiatry
*Malpractice Insurance provided
*Rate: $235/hour
*Start Date: As soon as credentialed

- Active, unrestricted CA license
- Board Certified CRNA
- Clean background/malpractice
- Able to work independently
- AHA Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- 6 month commitment
- W2 employment
- Local providers or those willing to pay own travel expenses: No travel/lodging reimbursement will be considered
