*Location: Comanche County, Oklahoma; 80 miles SW of OKC Metro area
*Start Date: March 15
*End Date: Ongoing; prefer providers who can commit to 3 months; extension available
*Schedule: M-F, 7am-3pm; + Call by beeper (Ratio is 1:6)
*Requirements:
  • Active, unrestricted OK license
  • Board Certified CRNA
  • Clean background/malpractice
  • AHA Certs: ACLS
  • Must be able to take adults and peds
  • Must respond with updated CV
  • Must have portfolio of documents readily available should you choose to apply
*EMR: Liquid Paper - an iPad based system
*Credentialing Timeframe will be expedited and Temporary Privileges are available
*Skills: Must be skilled in all General Anesthesia; adults & peds; epidural, regional, OB, Complex Ortho, Post-op epidural/extrimity blocks; steroid for lumbar and cervical, transforaminal, lumbar, and arterial line placement; Eval & Mgmt of acute volume/BP issues, PA catheter placement, and Spinal experience is preferred
