*Location: South Central Washington state; Yakima County
*Setting: Hospital , 2024
*End Date: Ongoing - would prefer a 3-6 month commitment; opportunities for extensions
*Schedule: This Locums work is for scheduling gaps. No holidays, no Call. Please provide your availability. Also provide your start date availability.
*Types of Cases: ENT, General Surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, OB, podiatry, orthopedics, healthy pediatric, robotics, urology, vascular (no CT or Neuro)
*Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted WA license OR Compact License
- Board Certified CRNA
- Clean Background/Malpractice/NPDB
- AHA Certifications: ACLS; BLS, PALS preferred
- Provide up to date CV with response to posting
*EMR: Cerner
*Credentialing Timeframe: 45-90 days
*Travel & Lodging provided with some max limits
*Malpractice Insurance provided
*Rate: $225/hour
