*Shift/Schedule: Choose between the following options:
  • Friday - Monday, 4 X 10 hour shifts, 6:30am - 5pm; X 2 positions
  • 3-4 evening shifts per week, 1pm - 11pm or 3pm-11pm X 1 position
  • Monday - Thursday, 4 X 10 hour shifts; X 2 positions (Surgical Center)
  • Monday - Friday, 5 X 8 hour shifts, X 2 positions (Level 1 Trauma Center
  • No Call
  • Medical direction from Anesthesiologist
*Types of Cases: General B&B, Cardiac, Complete Ortho, Complex Vascular, Head/Spine, Neuro, OB, Pediatric, Regional, Thoracic
*Requirements:
  • Active, unrestricted MO license
  • Board Certified CRNA
  • Clean Background/Malpractice
  • Must be able to work full shifts listed above on a weekly basis; Varied schedules will be considered but must be able to work full weeks
  • Provide availability
  • Must commit to minimum of 3 months
  • Must provide up to date CV
*EMR: Epic
*Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
*Rate is open. Give me your going rate and your bottom line rate. I’ll try to keep it toward the top of your range.
