*Need: Multiple CRNAs - 5 Locations/Facilities
*Location: San Bernardino County, California
*Setting: Hospitals and Outpatient Surgical Centers
*Schedule: 3-6 month commitment/option to extend; FT preferred; Monday-Sunday, 3 shifts: 7a-5p, 3p-11a, 11p-7a; may consider 2wks on/2 off
*Care Team Model: 1:3 supervision ratio
*Skills/Procedures: General Surgery, B&B, Ortho, BYN, Ophthaomology, Urology, Neuro, Peds (ages 1-18),Thoracic, and L&D/C-Section; (May consider providers who cannot do thoracic, neuro, peds, L&D/C-Section)
*EMR: Epic
*Requirements:
- BE/BC
- Active, unrestricted CA License
- W2 Assignment required / No 1099
- Clean background/malpractice/NPDB
- ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications
- Must provide updated CV with response
*Rate: $220/hour, all inclusive; That rate reduced if travel/lodging/malpractice required
