*End Date: Minimum 3 month commitment
*Shift/Schdules: 5X8s, M-F, 7a-3p, Overtime offered, if desired
*Requirements:
Board Certified CRNAs
Active, unrestricted CA License
Clean Background/Malpractice/NPDB
BLS Certification
Provide updated CV
Provide Availability
*Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
*Malpractice provided OR Provide your own to receive a higher pay rate
*Travel & Lodging provided OR Provide your own to receive a higher pay rate
