Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days (Temps are available with a clear background/malpractice history and active, unrestricted license)
Call Response time- 20 mins
Any supervision- All CRNA practice
Number of providers during the day - 1
Number of OR’s - 2
Number of Endo Room - 1 (including in # of OR rooms above)
Number of CV Room - 0
Number of Catho Lab Room- 0
Number of IR Room - 0
EMR: Meditech / Paper charting
Special procedures: Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient
Skills required: (Type of cases required) ENDO, Ophtamology, OB/GYN, General, Trauma, Neonatal
Case logs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks
