Job description SMART is working with a client in Illinois seeking Cardiac- CRNAs for locums' coverage.


Qualifications:
  • Valid IL license
  • Certifications- ACLS, BLS, PALS DEA (AHA ACLS and PALS Required)
  • Will need to be able to provide - proof of blocks (Blocks: ISB, supraclavicular, intermediate cervical plexus (for clavicles), maybe axillary, pop, ACB, potentially IPac and geniculars)

Job Summary:
  • Shift – 1st Location7A-7P with 7P-7A CALL
  • 2nd location 7A - 530P with 530P-7A CALL
  • Call- CRNA can take OR Call available some weeks with MD back-up ENDO Saturday Available
  • Procedures required- Proficient in blocks, Spinals, and Epidurals
  • Cases- BOTH SITES: PEDs, General, Ortho, URO, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Podiatry / Add'll Cases -CARDIAC, ENDO, and VAS GYN plus Pain Management
  • EMR- EPIC
