Contract Length: 6 months
Shift Details:2x12 and 1x8
Schedule: Friday 7a-7p, Saturday 7a-7p, Sunday 7a-3p (shift times could vary from time to time)
Work Details:
Support staff: surgeons, Anes, CRNAs, perioperative staff
Amount of coverage needed per month: 3 shifts per week (weekends only)
Patients per day:TBD
Patient population/age: adult+
Department description: Anesthesia

Hospital bed size:316
Special procedures:Medically directed; general surgery, ortho, neuro, trauma, OB, cardiac
Skills required: Level I Trauma required – no exceptions

Board Certification: NCCAA
State license required:Yes

Certifications preferred:
Certifications required: BLS, ACLS
Minimum experience required:2 years preferred (1 year REQUIRED), MUST have level I trauma experience-no exceptions
Credentialing Timeframe:90 days for full privileges. Can grant temps with clean providers to make start date
