The Coastal Bend Wellness Foundation (CBWF) is a grass-roots, federally qualified community health center, with a long standing history of providing services to those in our community that are often disenfranchised, taking on causes to fill gaps in services that no other agency provides. Current services include primary health care, mental health and substance misuse programs, infectious disease testing, education and linkage to treatment, and evidence-based substance misuse prevention curriculum for youth.
Company History
Coastal Bend Wellness Foundation has been serving the community since 1986, initially established to address critical health and social service needs. Over time, we have continued to adapt and grow to meet the evolving needs of the communities we serve. In 2015, we became a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), expanding our services to include comprehensive primary healthcare for adults alongside our integrated social services.
