The organization started out as a tele-critical care service, but it has since grown into a comprehensive multispecialty telemedicine practice that now serves more than 20% of the United States. Its services include Tele Critical Care, Tele Neurology, Tele Nephrology, Tele Infectious Disease, Tele Pulmonology and Tele Cardiology.
