Company Information

North Central Family Medicine (NCFM) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has been serving the community since 1992. We operate as both a primary care provider and a community health center, with a mission to ensure that everyone in our community has access to quality healthcare. We operate a Pediatric and Women's Health facility and a Family Practice site and a pharmacy in Rock Hill, SC. We also operate a Family Practice and Pharmacy in Chester, SC.

Company History

North Central Family Medicine, located in Rock Hill, SC, was established in 1989 as a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. It became a federally funded Community Health Center in 1991.

In 1992 the North Central Family Medicine site serviced it's first patient. The organization has grown from that time to multiple sites including two pharmacies and a community outreach program.
