Radiation Oncologist - Physician - (Oncology - Rad Onc) Locum Tenens

Our client in West Texas is seeking a Radiation Oncologist to provide 3 days of coverage in April and May. Hours are 8a-5p, with no call. Provider will see established treatment patients only. A radiation oncologist(locum tenens) is a physician who utilizes radiation therapy procedures to manage and treat tumors and cancers. These physicians are trained to understand how gamma and x-rays can be used to target and affect a variety of cancers, utilizing radiation therapy combined with chemotherapy and stereostatic radiosurgery to treat their patients. Offering comfort and stability is also paramount in radiation oncology, as these health care professionals often form lasting and emotional relationships with their patients.
