Medical Doctor Associates (MDA) is looking for a qualified Cardiac trained Anesthesia physician for an opportunity in western Ohio. Must be board certified and have active OH license. Fellowship training in Cardiac is not necessary, but recent experience is.
Anesthesiologist needed for an ongoing position. Start date mid-April or as soon as credentialed. We are looking for someone with strong cardiac skills with regional proficiency, strong OB skills that is currently working in a hospital. The case mix is as follows: Cardiac(TEE) Ortho, regional Neuro, Thoracic Vascular, OB, PEDS/Neonatal in a level 2 trauma.
There is 6 physicians 13 CRNAs in the model. Call is every sixth day in house. Post call day is off and unpaid. There are 11 ORs - running 7 ORs (including Endoscopy) plus OB plus Pain Management. 95% of the practice is medical direction. Usually 2-3 sites per provider daily. The physician locum will be doing cardiac and general as well as OB/GYN, peds, trauma, ortho, urology, spine, vascular, endoscopy. Client will work with them if they have a preference.
