The Opportunity
We are seeking to add a fourth Board Certified Dermatologist to our organization. The ideal candidate:
• has at least three years of cosmetic, medical, and surgical expertise
• desires practicing three to four days per week
• wants 30% to 50% of clinical hours devoted to cosmetic practice
• appreciates the benefits of being an employee-physician in a 35 member private practice

The Practice
Albemarle Dermatology Associates and Signature Medical Spa is a well-established private practice serving Charlottesville, VA and the surrounding area for more than fifteen years. The Practice offers medical, surgical, and cosmetic skincare and treatments. Providers and staff build strong relationships with our patients and are committed to providing the highest quality care and service.
Albemarle Dermatology Associates (ADA) and Signature Medical Spa (SMS) comprises three award winning Board Certified Dermatologists, one Adult Certified Nurse Practitioner, one Cosmetic Nurse Provider, and five Aestheticians. Each provider is supported by two Medical Assistants. We have a superb clerical staff and leadership team.
SMS, a division of ADA, is a leading source for innovative and technologically advanced cosmetic dermatology.
Bonnie F. Straka, M.D. is the founder and medical director, as well as a practicing physician in both divisions
