Our client is looking for an experienced NP to care for patients in their homes. Cover a region, 20-40 minutes from downtown Los Angeles, near Pasadena. The provider will join a team of healthcare providers dedicated to the wellness of homebound patients. Duties to include, assessments, disease management, and patient education.
