Daily Rate for schedule shift (typically 8a-4:30p)
Requirement:
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Surgery - Required
- Wound and Hyperbaric Medicine Training and Experience - Required
- Active IL License – Required
- Active IL DEA/CSR - Required
- Availability per request - Required
- Two references per Stratum process – Required
- Clean and easy-to-credential candidates – Highly Preferred
Certification Requirements:
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
- Board Certified
- Board Eligible
- PALS (AHA)
