T.J. Regional Health, an independent, non-profit organization in south central Kentucky, is seeking a Wound Care and Long-Term Care Physician to join our dedicated team.
Position Overview:

Provide comprehensive wound care as well as long-term care management for patients across 7 nursing homes (approximately 400 residents) and our Hospice House.

Serve as Medical Director for select facilities (Medical Directorships available)

Collaborate with two experienced APRNs who provide ongoing clinical and wound care support

Employed position with a guaranteed base salary plus productivity and performance bonuses
