Job description Wound Care Physician Opportunity – Outpatient Center *Location: Indiana, PA - Pittsburgh 60m | Setting: Outpatient | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm* *Full-time, permanent position* Position Overview An established regional wound care and hyperbaric medicine center is seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician with wound care training or certification. This is a full-time outpatient role offering clinical autonomy, flexibility, and strong work-life balance - with no nights and no call. Practice Highlights * Monday–Friday schedule (8am–5pm) * Outpatient-only setting with 20–30 patients per day * Procedures include wound debridement, biopsies, cultures, incision and drainage, and use of bioengineered skin substitutes * Supervise Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy * Work alongside a Nurse Practitioner in a collaborative care model * Fully integrated Cerner EMR system * Opportunities for teaching, research, and patient access optimization Requirements * Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine * Wound care certification/training required * Active, unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in state of practice Compensation & Benefits * Highly competitive salary with quality and wRVU incentives * Malpractice coverage provided * Licensure repayment and CME allowance * Health insurance with HSA option * Relocation assistance, educational loan repayment, and sign-on bonus * Physician-led and governed practice model * Marketing and growth support
