Job description Wound Care Physician Opening in New York (Surgical or Non-Surgical) Full time Hospital-Employed | No Call or Weekends** Position Overview: An established hospital-employed wound care program is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Surgical or Non-Surgical Physicians to join a comprehensive, multidisciplinary wound care team. This opportunity offers a flexible schedule, no call, and no weekend responsibilities, supporting outstanding work-life balance in a well-resourced practice environment. Practice Highlights: * Join a collaborative team consisting of: * 1 wound care surgeon * 1 experienced PA * 4 RNs and a robust administrative support team * Dedicated wound care clinic featuring: * 8 fully equipped exam/procedure rooms * 2 Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) chambers * Telemedicine capabilities to support outreach and follow-up care * Hospitalist team manages all inpatient admissions * Strong referral base and support from a wide catchment area, including a large military population Schedule & Lifestyle: * Monday Friday schedule * No call and no weekends * Flexible, provider-friendly environment focused on patient-centered outcomes Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive base salary with productivity incentives * Signing bonus and relocation assistance * Full benefits package including: * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Retirement plan with employer match * Paid malpractice with tail coverage * CME allowance and generous paid time off Ideal Candidate: * Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related field * Wound care experience or certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) * Interest in hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) is a plus Community & Lifestyle: * Safe, welcoming community with affordable housing * Close proximity to scenic parks, lakes, and outdoor recreation * Access to cultural and sporting events, and nearby military installation * Strong community support and collegial medical environment Estimated pay range/amount is $160k - $220k.
