Wound Care Physician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Wound Care Physician with excellent communication skills to join our rapidly growing team of value-driven, diverse, caring, professionals to treat patients. The ideal candidate for this position is passionate about bedside procedures for wounds, home health and treating patients to their medical needs. As a Wound Care Physician, you will test, treat, diagnose, and monitor disorders and illnesses related to wounds.

Responsibilities

• Assessment, prevention, and management of wounds. Provide wound healing information to patients and caregivers.
  

• Provide treatment for injuries to the skin and body and prevent infection for the wounds to heal on time.
  

• Dress wounds that are not infected but show signs of being sensitive to touch by applying a sterile dressing to keep them moist.
  

• Acute wounds, post-operative wounds, pressure wounds and bed sores, diabetic ulcers, vascular ulcers and radiation wounds
  

Compensation and Benefits

• 200K - 255K depending on experience

Schedule

• 5 days a week; 9am to 5pm
  

Requirements

• Wound Care Certified/ Board Eligible (preferred)
  

• Mobile position at nursing homes, SNFs, or ALFs
  

• Specialty Type: ER, Urgent Care or comfortable with skin or tissue damage
