**Wound Care Medical Director opening - Dubuque, IA**
Located on the IA, IL, MN Border - 90m to Madison
**Position Details**
- Part-time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access
- 2 hours each week providing Medical Directorship
- no DPM
- Flexible Schedule
- Established practice
- 2 Full-time NPs
- Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients extremely well
- Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination
**Responsibilities**
- Non-clinical role supervising 2 full-time NPs
- Attend a weekly leadership meeting
- Review 2-4 HBO treatments each week
- Must be available to provide phone-call backup for NPs
**Qualifications**
- Board Certified General Surgeon or Podiatrist with at least 5 years of experience
- Ideal candidate will be triple-boarded in General Surgery, Hyperbarics, and Wound Care
