- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Saint Joseph Medical Center has a Level 1Trauma Center and Saint Clare has a Level 2 Trauma Center
- The provider will assist with emergency room consults and emergency surgeries
- Credentialing Timeframe: 0 to 30 days
- Board Certified in Urology
- Active Washington License

-Required procedures: Cystic, Lithotripsy, Nepherctomy, Transurethral Resecution, Prostatectomy, Pselolithotomy
-Orientation is 3+ days TBD. Must be completed before start. Orientation will follow MSA
