Job Requirements for assignment:
-- Kentucky medical license required
-- Board Certification or Board Eligibility within five years
-- Two+ weeks per month starting ASAP
-- We have a provider working 3 days a week but they are open to whatever you want to do
-- Mix of clinic/call; bread & butter; no robotics; inpatient + outpatient
-- 150+ beds
