The Opportunity:
• Join a highly productive Urologist, APP, dedicated Director, experienced surgical team, and the opportunity for additional support staff
• Robotic capabilities utilizing new XI DaVinci, laparoscopy, laser surgery, cystoscopy, and a center of excellence for UroLift
• Blocked schedule for the hospital OR and surgery center with a flexible schedule with physician input upfront and a collaborative call rotation
• Great referral and feeder system with nearly 60 hospital-affiliated PCPs in the area with high Urology demand
• Urologists practice at one of the nicest clinics in the area, located next door to the hospital and across the hall from the surgery center
Parameters and Compensation:
• Must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Urology
• Competitive guarantee base salary with a lucrative w/RVU production model and income beyond 90th percentile per MGMA, proven 7-figure potential with surgery center ownership opportunities
