Job #23769: Medical Director for Outpatient Neurology Program - Beautiful Southern Oregon

  • Year one: Annual base salary of $300,000
  • Year two: The higher of the annual base salary or $/wRVU based salary plus annual performance incentives of up to 16% of base compensation
  • Year three: $/wRVU based salary plus incentives up to 16%
  • Medical Director compensation of $31,200 per year
  • $50,000 signing bonus
  • $15,000 relocation assistance
  • $5,000 annual CME allowance
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement

  • Seeking a Medical Director to lead outpatient Neurology program
  • Board Certified Neurologist
  • 2 years of leadership experience
  • Will be practicing general bread and butter Neurology (90% clinical 10% administrative)
  • Full-time permanent employed position
  • 100% Outpatient
  • Join an established practice with 3 Neurologists and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8am – 5 pm – Monday – Thursday
  • Half day on Friday
  • Call 1:4
  • An average of 15 patients seen per day
  • Reason for need – expansion
  • EMR: Epic
