Urology (Da Vinci) | Large MSG in Arkansas | $1million
Practice
• 438-bed hospital—designated a Level II trauma center
• Employed by large, multi-specialty group
• Practice: flexible outpatient clinic and surgery
• Join another Urologist (1,200 cases/year) in turnkey practice
• Referring physicians in MSG—busy as you desire
• Da Vinci Robot—on-site/training provided for physicians
• ASC for surgeons: dedicated blocks
• Full-time Anesthesia coverage: 4 MDs, 5 of 6 CRNAs
• 250,000 draw area—8 counties
• 40,000 to 50,000 ED visits per year feeding the hospital inpatient census
• 4-physician residency programs: FM, IM, EM, PSY
• Call: 1:3
Financials
• Multiple options for employment—salary range: ($545,000 to $740,000)
• Production: wRVU
• Sign-on: yes, close to 10% of salary
• Vacation: 4 weeks PTO (vacation/CME)
• CME: $5,000
• Relocation: $10,000 to $15,000
• Full Benefits package: Life, health, dental, vison, and more
• Retirement: 403B with a 3.5% match plus physician retirement plan
• Student loan forgiveness: option
