Asante is looking for a Urologist to join our Urology practice in beautiful Medford, Oregon. This practice consists of 4 Urologists, and 2 NPs, and we are looking to add a 5th Urologist. We provide coverage to Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center and the surrounding Jackson County area. Candidates must be board certified/eligible in Urology. Candidates with General Urology background and all subspecialty training will be considered. Female/Pelvic floor and Pediatric Urology interests or Fellowship training desirable but not required. This position is a mix of clinic, inpatient, and outpatient work.

OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:

• Year 1 – Annual base salary of $450,000

• Year 2 – Compensation will be the higher of the annual base or $/wRVU based salary plus performance incentives of up to 16% of base compensation

• Year 3 and beyond: $/wRVU based salary plus performance incentives of up to 16% of base
