The hospital will provide an income guarantee to cover all start-up expenses plus overhead costs, practice management services, relocation assistance, sign-on bonus, marketing assistance and more. The new physician will be very welcomed in the community and there is a very large referral base. The hospital will not be able to sponsor visa candidates.
