Urology Opening in Eureka, CA We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join an established outpatient practice. This permanent opportunity offers scheduled clinical hours with shared call responsibilities and the opportunity to develop a specialized practice in female urology.

  • Practice Setting: Outpatient
  • Scheduled clinical hours plus shared beeper call
  • EMR: Epic
  • Average Patient Volume: Approximately 20 patients per day
Call Responsibilities Shared beeper call Response time: 20–30 minutes Clinical Responsibilities Required Experience: General adult urology, Advanced endoscopic techniques, Laparoscopic surgery, Ureteroscopy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Pelvic lymph node dissection, Renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy, TRUS biopsies, and Fertility evaluations Preferred Experience: Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL), Radical cystectomy with ileal conduit, Radical prostatectomy, Robotic surgery, Partial nephrectomy with intraoperative ultrasound, Adrenalectomy, Incontinence procedures, Penile prosthesis, and Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) Candidate Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency) Fellowship training in Female Urology required Must obtain state medical licensure (candidates willing to obtain licensure are encouraged to apply) Must have or be actively working toward obtaining fluoroscopy certification required by the state ACLS
