Urology Opening in Santa Rosa, CA
We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join an established practice. Seeking a provider that has a focus on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction. This is a permanent opportunity with a combination of scheduled clinical hours and shared call coverage in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
- EMR: Epic
- Average Patient Volume: 20–25 patients per day
Schedule & Call
Shared beeper call approximately 1:4
Approximately 7–10 call days per month
Onsite during weekday hours (7:00 AM–5:00 PM)
After-hours and weekend call response time: 30 minutes
Average callback to the hospital: 3–5 times per week
The practice is supported by:
2 Registered Nurses
8 Medical Assistants
1 Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP)
1 Office Staff member

General Urology
Adult Urology
Required Procedures
Laparoscopic surgery
Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL)
Ureteroscopy
Radical prostatectomy
Prostatectomy
Nephrectomy
Pelvic lymph node dissection
Adrenalectomy
Renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy
TRUS biopsies
Incontinence procedures
Penile prosthesis
Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)
Candidate Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years)
Fellowship training required
Required Certifications: ACLS and BLS
No supervision of Advanced Practice Providers required
No resident or teaching responsibilities
Preference will be given to physicians with experience or a strong interest in:
Female Urology
Pelvic Floor Reconstruction
