Opportunity Overview
- General Urology physician needed for ongoing coverage
- Clinic, OR, and daytime hospital coverage
- No nighttime or weekend call
- No pediatric patients
- Minimum 14 patients per day
- 73-bed hospital
- EPIC EMR
- EPIC clinic experience required
- New graduates will be considered
Schedule & Coverage
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- 1-hour lunch
- Coverage needed for approximately 6 weeks per month
- Mix of hospital rounding, OR, and clinic
- Daytime hospital coverage includes rounding, consultations, OR coverage, and occasional clinic add-ons
- No nighttime or weekend call
Clinical Details
- General Urology
- Clinic has 9 exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms
- Newer renovated facility with experienced support staff
- New patient visits: up to 30 minutes
- Post-operative visits: approximately 15 minutes
- Ureteroscopies
- Support staff includes Medical Assistants, LPN, surgical scheduler, front office staff, and practice manager
- EPIC EMR
Requirements
- MD/DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Active Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC Letter of Qualification required at presentation
- DEA required
- Minimum 3 years of experience preferred
- New graduates will be considered
- EPIC experience in a clinic setting required
- Temporary privileges may be available for providers with a clean file
- 2 hours of gratis applies to 24-hour call coverage
