Key Details - Assignment Type: Locum Tenens - Setting: Hospital - Start Date: ASAP - Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; call involvement includes emergency torsions - Patient Population: Adult - Location: York, PA

Job Responsibilities - Perform cystoscopic procedures, vasectomies, prostate and ureteroscopy procedures, lithotripsy, and occasional exploratory surgeries. - Supervise and collaborate with new Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. - Manage a mix of cysto/stent procedures and office consultations with a patient load of 24–28.
Qualifications - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology - Active PA License or IMLC LOQ - DEA certification required - Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar setting
Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Availability for emergency call duties, with 2 hours of gratis included
Skills - Proficiency in robotic surgery and use of urological equipment like the cystoscope - Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills with experience managing APPs - Precision and expertise in various urological procedures such as vasectomy reversals and penile implants (rare)
