- Work Dates Needed: 11/02/2026 -Ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: Mon- Thurs 8:00 am - 4:30 pm 3-4 half day + Call.
- Worksite Setting: Inpatient/Hospital, Outpatient, Patients Per Shift:15-20, Beds in Department:2, 2 procedure rooms, 1 UDS room, and 6 exam rooms,
- Scope of Work: Physician in Urology, Call Type: Beeper, Call Response Time Required:30 minutes, Procedures per day in the hospital: 4-8.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active OH License or IMLC,BC, ACLS, BLS.
- EMR: MediTech.
