Permanent Urologist
Position Type: Permanent

Shift: Day shift; typical clinical/surgical hours approximately 8:00am-5:00pm
Position Details: Full-time general urology; 2.5 days in clinic and 1.5 days in OR; approximately 25 clinic patients and 12 procedures per day; collaboration with 4 established Urologists plus a community partner; robotic technology available
Patient Population: Adult
Setting: Outpatient clinic and hospital/surgical settings
Responsibilities: General urologic care, diagnosis and surgical treatment of urologic conditions, inpatient consults and emergencies, clinic and OR coverage
Required Procedures: Urologic surgical procedures; robotic surgery available
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: Robust clinical support staff
On-Call/Weekends: Hospital call rotation; approximately 1:4 to 1:6; maximum 6 call days per month; 24-hour call shifts; 2-3 consults and 1-2 surgeries per call day
Submission Requirements:
- Board Eligible within 5 years of residency or Board Certified in Urology - Required
- Active CO License or willingness to obtain - Required
- BLS and ACLS - Required
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report within 30 days, DEA - Required
