Date: 1/1/2027 - Ongoing
Schedule: 24-hour coverage (7:00a-7:00a), 7-on/7-off rotation, scheduled clinical hours plus call
Practice Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient Urology
Patient Volume: Approximately 10 patients per day
EMR: Athena / Cerner
Licensing: Active Indiana license or IMLC required
Board Certification: Board Certified Urology (facility requires BC; BE minimum)
Credentialing: Approximately 60 days; temporary privileges available
Required Certifications: ATLS, BLS
Required Skills: General Urology, inpatient consults, admissions, rounding, trauma-related urologic care, outpatient urology management, and beeper call coverage
